School Visits

In order to spread awareness about Indian Culture, MACIC has been regularly organizing school visits over the last decade. MACIC has successfully conducted the ICCR’s School Connect programme.

The students are provided glimpses of various facets of Indian Culture and basic information about India. The orientation module includes the following components.

a) Screening of Indian documentary films.
b) An introduction to Yoga along with an interactive Yoga session.
c) An introduction to Bollywood Dance.
d) A session on Number Counting in Hindi.
e) A presentation on India by the Teacher of Indian Culture.
f) Handing over of tourist information materials to the students and the teachers.
