Glimpses of India Painting Competition Award Ceremony, inauguration of the paintings of the Winners, and the Manipuri Dance Performance by Narmada Cultural Organization sponsored by ICCR held in Cairo. Mr. Ahmed Afifi, Under Secretary, Youth Cities Department, Ministry of Youth and Sports and Dr. Rabab Abdelmohsen Imam, General Manager, Art Education Development Department, Ministry of Education were Guests of Honour.
