Flag Hoisting Ceremony at India House Cairo (15 August 2023)

77th Independence Day of India was celebrated with patriotic fervour and enthusiastic participation of Indian community and friends of India at 'India House' on 15 August 2023.

H.E. Ambassador Mr. Ajit Gupte hoisted the national flag and read out President's message to the nation.

The colourful cultural performances by young Indians, as well as Egyptians during Independence Day 2023 celebrations showcased diversity of India's performing arts & heritage and its influence in Egypt.
