Flag Hoisting Ceremony at India House Cairo (15 August 2022)

H.E. Ambassador Ajit Gupte hoisted the Indian Tricolor at ‘India House’ on  76th Independence Day and read the Hon’ble President’s speech.

The Independence Day was celebrated with great patriotic fervour amidst enthusiastic participation by Indian diaspora and friends of India. The celebration was marked by soulful rendition of patriotic songs, a mesmerising Kathak dance performance by Ms. Luna Poddar group and grand finale with Har Ghar Tiranga theme song.
